#34: The importance of considering the key stakeholders for your launch

Summary

More than ever before you have to consider the needs of those that have a vested interest in what you’re launching such as partners, clients and employees. Listen to this episode to find out why your launch should be lead by you but influenced by the needs of your stakeholders.

3 nuggets of wisdom

  • Market needs have shifted drastically and so should your positioning and the thing that you’re launching
  • One of your key stakeholders is of course yourself, often we go too far in one direction. Either neglecting what you need as a business owner to the detriment of your wellbeing, or thinking about your needs too much to the detriment of what your client needs. There is a balance to be struck.
  • One of the best ways to launch is with strategic partners, and if that’s the route you’re going down then you have to consider how is your launch going to be beneficial to the other party
